Workflow: set start, let it play, pause, draw on the paused frame, then press Play Clip again. When the moment is over, set end. Saved clip replay will show markup, then clear it shortly after playback begins.
Save New Clip
Saved clips include the markup drawings. Replaying a saved clip shows the markup immediately, then clears it 0.75 seconds after playback begins so the user can watch the clip cleanly.
